Krislyn DeLuca, Executive Coach

Krislyn consistently provides holistic coaching methodologies that support her clients’ growth into effective leaders. She began her coaching journey while earning her B.S. in Exercise Science.  There, her passion for understanding the human mind coupled with the desire to help others led her to pursue her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  She has combined her love for these two areas of discipline to work as a Licensed Clinical Counselor, a Management Coach, and as a Personal Fitness Trainer.  It is not unusual for Krislyn to combine 2 or 3 of these disciplines as she creates individualized programs for each of her clients.  Krislyn knows that coaching can take many forms and growth often requires holistic efforts, including mind, body, and spirit, as defined by each client.   Krislyn also gained experience working in management within the workplace and found that such a role required substantial attention to psychology, decision-making, commitment, and self-reflection.  She brings her education and experience together to implement an approach that applies her counseling, management, and training backgrounds to coach professionals in their pursuits of growth through understanding. Krislyn produces effective leaders, team members, and whole individuals. Even when goals are achieved and when efforts come to a close, it is not unusual for clients to ask if they can contract personally for continued, but less frequent sessions, even if they need to pay directly. Krislyn believes that coaching can be effective with any individual who is ready to change and create growth in infinite areas of life.
